Contact us about privacyInformation you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, city, selected service and message. You may also provide a phone number and team size. Please do not include passwords, account credentials or sensitive client information.
The inquiry system records a submission identifier and time, along with email delivery status and a delivery identifier where available.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information is used to understand your request, respond to you and discuss potential services. Submitting the form does not create a service agreement.
Inquiries may be stored in our business database and sent to our business inbox. Follow-up correspondence may also be retained in our email systems.
Website and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery, and Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags. Database and email providers process information needed to store inquiries and deliver correspondence. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and diagnostic logs to operate and protect the website.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to investigate misuse and protect the website or others.
Retention and security
Inquiry information can remain in database records, email correspondence, operational logs and backups. Retention can differ between these systems. Contact us if you want to ask about information associated with your inquiry or request its deletion.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Use the inquiry form for a general description of your needs; arrangements for sharing sensitive information should be discussed separately.
Questions and requests
You can contact Coastwell IT to ask about the information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the email address associated with your inquiry and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before providing information or acting on a request.
Any privacy rights and exceptions depend on the laws that apply to your circumstances. This notice covers the website; information handled under a client service agreement may be subject to separate terms.
